"The Recipe" Bloody Mary - the Discovery Club Way By Janet Livingston |

|
--In a large see-thru container with a spigot (like you use for sun tea), mix the following ingredients: |
|
|
*3 tblsps minced garlic |
If you like, add these optional spices: |
|
*1 tblsp basil |
oregano |
|
*2 tblsps dill weed |
thyme |
|
*2 tblsps parsley |
cilantro |
|
*2 tblsps peppercorns |
|
| --Fill the container with a colorful assortment of cut up vegetables. For example: | |
| cherry tomatoes | celery |
| yellow squash | peppers (green, red, yellow) |
| red and/or yellow onions | cucumbers |
| carrots | |
| --Fill the container to the top with Vodka (the less expensive kind). | |
| --Let sit for at least 3 days (72 hrs). | |
|
--Mix half vodka mix and half with Clamata, tomato or V8 juice. |
|
|
--Add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste and a celery stick to stir it with. |
